AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

Air conditioning and heating are regulated according to Italian law depending on the season. Each apartment has its own thermostat in every room; the air conditioning is manually adjustable. Both air conditioning and heating work only when doors and windows are closed.

SAVE ENERGY

Please switch off lights and air conditioning when you are not inside the apartment.

RECYCLING AREA

The recycling area is located along the avenue in front of the parking lot. In the Municipality of Peschiera del Garda, separate waste collection is mandatory. Upon departure, please remove all rubbish from your apartment and place it in the appropriate bins:

• Residual waste: large green bin
• Paper: yellow bin
• Plastic & cans: white bin
• Glass: green bin
• Organic waste: brown bin

BARBECUE

A barbecue is available free of charge in the large park. Please leave it clean after use, removing ashes and cleaning the table. Kindly inform Reception when you wish to use it.

SAFE

Each apartment is equipped with a safe, located either in the bedroom wardrobe or in the living room. Instructions for use are provided inside.

CHECK-OUT

Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day. Final cleaning is included, except for the kitchenette and rubbish removal, which are the guest’s responsibility.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in the Reception area.

QUIET HOURS

Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

INTERNET

All apartments offer free internet access. The numeric password will be provided at check-in: Wifi-CorteParadiso.

LAUNDRY

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available for guests. The cost for one washing and drying cycle is €8.00 (detergent included). Please contact Reception before use.

PARKING

Parking is unattended. We recommend not leaving valuables in your car. Relais Corte Paradiso is not responsible for theft or loss. The area in front of Reception is for loading/unloading only. Luggage carts are available in front of Reception.

SWIMMING POOL

Open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Pool towels are available on request at Reception and must be returned at the end of your stay; otherwise, €25.00 per missing towel will be charged. The pool is open from April to September, weather permitting.

VISITORS

Facilities and services are for guests included in the booking. If you wish to invite visitors, please inform Reception in advance. Visitors must present ID and pay €15.00 per person in cash. Access allowed from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

CLEANING SERVICE

Cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights and takes place after 3–4 days, with towel change. Daily cleaning can be requested, with or without linen change. For more information, please contact Reception.

ROOM SERVICE

You can order fresh bread and pastries by 3:00 pm at Reception by filling in the order sheet provided at check-in. Delivery is at 7:00 am the next morning; products will be left at Reception with your apartment number. The cost will be charged to your account.

KEY CARD

Upon arrival, you will receive a key card to activate electricity in your apartment. This card also opens the main Reception door when closed—please carry it with you at all times.

TV

All apartments have satellite TV with Italian and international channels. To switch to foreign channels, press “TV” on the top right of the remote control.

USE RESOURCES WISELY

Please help us save water and electricity—precious resources we must all use responsibly to protect the environment.

PETS WELCOME

Your four-legged friends are welcome at Relais Corte Paradiso. Please follow these rules:

• Pets must comply with health regulations
• Owners must clean up after their pets
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment (damages will be charged)
• Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area
• Outside the apartment, pets must always be kept on a leash
